Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days, learn patient safety, DUR, and SOPs, and support the pharmacy team to ensure prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment, while providing caring service.

As readiness increases, you may support immunizations, counseling, and other services, while maintaining compliance with laws and CVS policies.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend consistently, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Provide customer service and support pharmacy operations with empathy and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Uphold quality, safety, and SOPs in all pharmacy activities.
