Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to develop your pharmacy skills within our store teams. You will learn to apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice under supervision, following SOPs and patient safety standards to ensure accurate and compassionate service.

As you progress, you’ll take on greater responsibilities in management, operations, and potential immunization services, while preparing for a Pharmacist role in our broad CVS Health network.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines; failure to obtain licensure within 120 days may lead to separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Deliver patient care with empathy and compliance with SOPs and policy.
• Support immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinics where allowed by law.
