CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program offers hands-on training inside our pharmacy teams. You will apply your didactic learning to real-world practice, complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap, and work to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service.

Under a preceptor, you will learn patient safety, drug utilization review, and SOPs, develop empathy, and prepare for a Pharmacist role as you rotate through store, district, and regional

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: Concentrate on a task, pivot quickly, ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to dispense medication and manage inventory.
• Problem Resolution: handle patient or colleague interactions with appropriate actions.
• Physical Demands: be mobile and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
