CVS Health is recruiting a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams within our Retail locations, applying didactic learning to real‑world practice under a preceptor, as part of a 120‑day training roadmap. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate dispensing, and compassionate patient care.

As readiness grows, you will take on greater responsibility in pharmacy operations, inventory, and interdisciplinary collaboration, while maintaining SOPs and a customer‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to starting the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete the comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap with preceptor and district leaders.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs, provide empathetic patient service, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture.
• Support immunizations, point‑of‑care testing, and offsite clinics where allowed by law and training.
• Travel to stores in the market to support business needs as required.
