Millersville University in Millersville, PA seeks a part-time Graduate Assistant starting January 2027 to assist with event planning at the Student Memorial Center and support Information Desk operations.

Under supervision of the Director of SMC Operations, you will help manage events, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide friendly, efficient service to internal and external customers. The role requires enrollment in a MU graduate program and on-campus availability.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Millersville University graduate program.
• Full-time GA requires at least 6 credits in Fall and Spring.
• Part-time GA must be enrolled in and maintain a minimum of 3 credits in Fall and Spring.
• GA Operations GA’s must be available on-campus.
• Must be available to work an additional 5-10 hours per week which is compensated at an hourly wage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage event planning within the Student Memorial Center.
• Support the Information Desk operations and customer service for internal and external customers.
• Work under supervision of the Director of SMC Operations.
