Under supervision of a licensed nurse, graduates begin providing care while awaiting NCLEX, with supervision and training to ensure competency and safety for residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire.
• Proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire.
