Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, part of Athena Health Care Systems, is hiring Graduate Nurses ready to start their nursing career. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with weekly pay. LPNs earn $35-$40/hour and RNs $42-$47/hour, depending on shift.

Under supervision of a licensed nurse, new graduates can begin delivering care while awaiting NCLEX. Massachusetts board-approved programs must graduate within one year of hire; NCLEX licensure within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse within one year of hire.
• Documentation showing graduation date from nursing program.
• Proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
• Maintain resident care plans for all residents under care.
• Follow physician's orders and provide nursing care.
• Transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
• Document nursing notes comprehensively.
