Job summary

UPMC Jameson invites new graduates to begin their nursing careers through the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program. You will rotate through hospital units, mentored by experienced nurses, gaining varied bedside experience and a strong foundation for your professional development.

The program starts January 2027 and supports your learning across medical-surgical tracks. Successful candidates will be eligible for Pennsylvania RN licensure, with loan repayment options and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Diploma, associate, bachelor’s, and direct-entry master’s degree levels welcomed to join the program.
• State licensure prerequisites: current PA RN license or temporary practice permit with NCLEX within 4 months of hire.
• Must be eligible for Nursing licensure by January 2027 and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units during rotations.
• Collaborate with experienced nurses and preceptors for learning and mentorship.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in nursing best practices.
