Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse Resident or RN with Missouri RN licensure requirements.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care across age groups: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes and comfort.
• Adhere to Mercy Health System guidelines, nursing practice standards, and professional ethics.
• Support mission and Mercy Service Standards in daily practice.
