Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Eligible to practice as determined by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized nursing tasks based on demonstrated competence.
• Performs patient assessments including biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and age-specific needs.
• Develops a comprehensive patient/family education plan and provides health education.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation including physician orders.
• Monitors and evaluates delivery of nursing care and collaborates with physicians and other health professionals.
