About the Role

Emergency Graduate Nurse (GN) entering the emergency department at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, a diverse healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. You will learn and grow under strong mentorship while contributing to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work assignments and performance and recognize outstanding work.
• Assign and direct work, cover call-offs, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Resolve employee grievances and address concerns.
• Implement performance improvements, including verbal counseling.
• Exercise supervisory authority, develop and enforce policies, and ensure staff are trained.
• Supervise staff delivering patient care within the Emergency Services unit.
