Job summary

West State Street in Romney, WV, is seeking an experienced licensed nurse for full-time evening shifts. You will deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, coordinating with LPNs and aides, and communicating treatment plans across shifts to ensure continuity of care. Prior experience in geriatric settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts.
