• Under direct supervision, uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient care for a group of patients.
• Advocate for patients, families and caregivers to enhance the patient experience.
• New graduates may perform functions within the scope of nursing practice for which they have prepared and demonstrated minimal competency.
