Job summary

EnerMech seeks an Engineering Graduate to support engineering and operational activities across projects, gaining hands-on experience in the global oil & gas and industrial services environment. Structured rotations and on-the-job learning develop technical capability, commercial awareness and field readiness.

You will work with real equipment, draw on engineering theory and collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver safe, reliable solutions on onshore and offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, or related engineering.
• 0–2 years’ experience; internships or placements advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments when required.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, inspection, testing and preparation of mechanical equipment on live projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical challenges with experienced engineers.
• Experience life in the field across onshore and offshore operations.
• Contribute to mobilisation plans, project schedules, resource planning and equipment preparation.
• Turn engineering drawings, specifications and client requirements into practical outcomes.
• Support the full project lifecycle from planning to mobilisation, execution and close‑out.
