SpaceX’s Starbase team seeks a New Graduate Engineer in Manufacturing to drive production, qualification, and design/analysis of Starship hardware on the Starbase lines. You’ll work with analysts, develop production processes, and help scale from development to high-rate production while addressing assembly and tooling challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering or physics (2027 graduate).
• 1+ year experience in mechanical, manufacturing, build, or integration via project teams, research, internships, or professional experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Starbase, TX and to work extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with vehicle analysts to ensure solutions meet design and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop production procedures and transition parts from development to high-rate production.
• Coordinate development, qualification, and testing of systems and tooling to meet hardware deadlines.
• Perform design for manufacturability changes to enhance production efficiency.
• Create CAD models and prints for flight and tooling components.
• Lead on-site design engineering support for parts/builds.
