What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through various functions including customer engagement, campaign setup, team support, and sales performance tracking. You’ll begin by learning how our face-to-face campaigns are executed on-site, engaging directly with customers and absorbing real-time feedback. You’ll assist with managing daily logistics for pop-up promotions, learn how to measure campaign effectiveness, and participate in team huddles to review targets. As your skills develop, you’ll shadow leadership in performance coaching, recruitment, and campaign expansion planning.

You won’t be stuck in a back office, you’ll be out in the field learning how to manage people, communicate brand messaging, and confidently drive results.
