Job summary

Responsibilities

• Teach designated graduate course(s) each indicated semester.
• Collaborate with College staff and faculty to develop/review course and assessment materials including lab components if applicable.
• Create a course syllabus with objectives, content outline, testing dates and grading requirements.
• Provide textbooks procurement details to the Graduate College and supply materials ahead of start dates.
• Submit final grades by the stated deadline following the department grade scale and participate in course evaluations.
• Supervise teaching/laboratory assistants where applicable and provide guidance.
• For labs, supply equipment lists and a lab manual; brief the preparator before labs.
• Maintain office hours for student support and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and students.
