• Manage meetings, including scheduling, planning agendas, tracking deliverables and decisions, and following up on action items;
• Facilitate official communications with FRS internal and external recipients via associated central mailboxes;
• Provide support to Program leaders and cross-functional teams;
• Organize on-site events for System and public participants;
• Support and troubleshoot technology infrastructure, e.g. SharePoint sites.
• Contribute to first-mover efforts within broader cloud-migration efforts
