  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Program length: 1 year, full-time internship with on-site commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage meetings, scheduling agendas, tracking deliverables and decisions, and follow-up on action items.
  • Facilitate official communications with internal and external recipients via central mailboxes.
  • Provide support to Program leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize on-site events for System and public participants.
  • Support and troubleshoot technology infrastructure, e.g. SharePoint sites.
  • Contribute to first-mover efforts within broader cloud-migration efforts
