Job summary

The University of Virginia seeks two Graduate Student Interns for the PhD Plus program to support assessment and marketing activities for 2026-2027. Interns will assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, digital content creation, and event support across PhD Plus and its partners.

Applicants should be UVA graduate students, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Drupal and Canva experience, plus comfort with web content and social media, are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time as a UVA graduate student.
• Bachelor's degree requirement and UVA graduate student status.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support PhD Plus with programmatic assessment and marketing activities.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for participation and outcomes.
• Create and update digital content on the PhD Plus website, social channels, and newsletters.
• Assist in coordinating and setting up PhD Plus events across Grounds.
