Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience supervising resident assistants and desk attendants.
• Ability to manage work schedules across staff.
• Proactive educational interventions to minimize student issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise undergraduate resident assistants and desk attendants.
• Coordinate and manage work schedules for staff in assigned community.
• Provide support to resident assistants in coordinating residence hall programming.
• Advise the hall council in the assigned building.
• Carry out crisis response plans as situations arise.
• Participate in rotating weekly duty model for after-hours issues.
• Serve as a Campus Security Authority and a responsible employee per Title IX.
