Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or another relevant field.
• Less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Directly involved in the daily operation of the surface mine; perform field inspections and interpret geological conditions for slope design.
• Inform operations of geotechnical risk using slope monitoring data.
• Lead a virtual team through a gamified leadership simulation and engage with external thought leaders.
• Acquire a toolkit focused on future skills through masterclasses and leadership coaching.
• Collaborate with graduate colleagues to develop solutions for future business challenges.
• Network with senior leaders and access world-class digital learning.
