Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Previous intern experience is desirable.
• Strong MS Office expertise.
• Flexible schedule with travel and extended hours when needed.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Ability to partner across the organization and influence results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills and business sense.
• Open to change and adapting routines.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3 rotations: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A, and Plant Operations Controlling.
• Be willing to relocate to a USA plant to finalize a rotation.
• Learn general and specific finance capabilities under manager and mentor.
