Qualifications

  • Interest in higher education, student learning, and inclusive pedagogical practice.
  • Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group discussions, workshops, learning sessions, or peer-based educational activities.
  • Ability to identify, synthesize, and communicate information from scholarly, professional, and pedagogical sources.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-facilitate learning sessions for students in collaboration with the Sr. Associate Director of the CEP.
  • Assist in identifying and synthesizing knowledge related to emergent topics in higher learning (e.g., curiosity).
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project management and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and be available for student 1:1 questions (e.g., during office hours).
  • Support assessment of the learning communities in collaboration with CEP staff.
