Job summary

LeConte Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Graduate Nurse Associate to join the Emergency Department in Sevierville, TN. The role supports patient care under RN supervision in a fast-paced ER environment.

This PRN/OCC position offers variable shifts. New graduates from accredited RN programs are encouraged to apply; CPR is required. On-site hospital duties provide hands-on learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing education program.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Takes and records vital signs and other basic measurements.
• Documents patient information and maintains accurate charting under supervision.
• Assists RN with patient history collection and care planning.
• Maintains infection control policies and safety standards.
• Completes assigned tasks with guidance when needed.
