Covenant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at Claiborne Medical Center in Tennessee. This PRN/ OCC position offers variable hours and shifts, with care provided in a high-acuity ED setting.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patient education, safety, and quality initiatives, under tiered commitment hours. Tennessee license is required.

Qualificações

• Must have and maintain Tennessee State RN license.
• New graduate, within first year of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit and coordinates care planning.
• Completes nursing history and initiates patient education.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members.
• Implements plan of care and evaluates outcomes.
• Supervises trainees and student learners as assigned.
• Follows hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
