Job summary

Optiver in the United States is seeking a Grad Equity Analyst to drive fundamental research-driven trading on our equity options desk. You will be on the trading desk, influencing decisions and placing research-driven trades from day one.

The role requires a current student graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 or 1–2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to start full-time in August 2027 and a willingness to pursue the CFA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected.
• Interest in financial markets and fundamental analysis.
• Willingness to pursue the CFA program.

Responsibilities

• Identify fundamental-driven trading opportunities and work with traders to realize them.
• Leverage current events and research to influence trading decisions.
• Collaborate with Traders, Quant Researchers and Developers to solve problems and identify opportunities.
