Job summary

Optiver’s Equity Options Trading team seeks a Grad Equity Analyst to drive fundamental research-driven trading. You will sit on the trading desk and influence trading decisions daily, bringing research-driven ideas into your own book from day one.

You will train via Optiver academy, identify trade opportunities with traders, and analyze events and headlines to gauge impact on volatility and stock prices. The role includes competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current student graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s between December 2026 and June 2027, or already graduated with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to pursue the CFA program.
• Interest in financial markets and fundamental analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify fundamental-driven trade opportunities and collaborate with traders to capture them.
• Work with Traders, Quant researchers and Developers to solve problems and find new opportunities.
• Support training and growth within the equity research team.
