Job summary

Northwest University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Counselor to connect prospective graduate students with NU's programs across the School of Education, School of Business, College of Ministry, and Center for Leadership Studies. You will guide inquiries through enrollment and build relationships with churches, schools, and business leaders on campus and in the community.

The role is full-time, on-campus with some evenings and weekends; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions or graduate enrollment preferred.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse contexts including K-12, faith communities, and business environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage a complex funnel across multiple programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enrollment counselor for graduate programs across NU schools.
• Develop and manage a prospective student funnel from inquiry to enrollment using Salesforce.
• Build and sustain relationships with schools, churches, and business communities to generate leads.
• Represent Northwest University at recruitment events, graduate fairs, and community gatherings.
• Conduct individual advising meetings on program fit, admissions, and financial aid.
• Promote Graduate Information Sessions and enrollment events to move students toward commitment.
• Collaborate with graduate faculty and staff to communicate program value to prospective students.
• Coordinate on-campus and virtual enrollment events and assist with travel recruitment during peak seasons.
