This is an entry-level position ideal for recent civil engineering graduates. Responsibilities include coordinating with utility owners, assisting in conflict resolution, and preparing documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a basic understanding of civil engineering principles. Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework preferred).
• Registration and designation as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or ability to obtain, preferred.
• Ability to interpret maps, plans and utility records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with utility owners for transportation projects.
• Support identification and resolution of utility conflicts.
• Review plans to verify existing utility locations.
• Prepare utility conflict matrices and coordination documentation.

Skills

Basic understanding of civil engineering principles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills

Written and verbal communication

Problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a civil or related engineering discipline
