Job summary

HNTB's East Florida office is seeking New Grad Engineers across Traffic & Planning, Roadway, Structures, Drainage, Rail, and Construction to support design, calculations, and reports on infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed designs using current drawing tools such as MicroStation and AutoCAD, and deliverables in a timely, quality-focused manner.

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; a Master's and Engineer in Training (EIT)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Master's degree in engineering is preferred.
• EIT certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
