Graduate Engineer II, Transportation

Halff has an immediate opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Fort Worth, TX location. The position will be for a Civil Engineer interested in Transportation Design for roadway & highway design projects. What you will do:

• Design roadway & highway engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates
• Coordinate with other team members, including subconsultants, surveyors and contractors
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record
• EIT Certificate
• Great communication skills
• Solid relationship and team building skills
• Self-motivated and strong organization skills
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Transportation Design for roadway & highway design projects
• Experience in OpenRoads Designer
• Knowledge of applicable roadway standards and methods
