A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT INCLUDE

As a Graduate Engineer I, you will use AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other design and production software to support project design, production, and administration. Your work will involve feasibility studies, cost opinions, exhibits, construction plans, takeoffs, bid packages, models, and development support for a diverse set of clients. Our entrepreneurial culture encourages creative thinking, problem-solving, and meeting client needs daily.

• Collaborate with technical experts, peers, and support staff to perform design calculations, prepare specifications, and generate technical drawings and exhibits.
• Expand your engineering toolbox by learning advanced techniques, applied theory, industry concepts, and best practices.
• Investigate variables with supervision on unusual problems and potential solutions.
• Work in an office equipped with meeting rooms, amenities, and advanced technology.
• Assess existing site conditions, jurisdictional criteria, and constraints to inform design decisions.
• Meet regularly with your manager and mentors to identify strengths and growth areas.
• Provide information and exhibits to support client and internal decision-making regarding project execution.

“MUST HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an ABET-accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred)
