WSB and Associates is seeking an Environmental Graduate Engineer to join our Idaho team. You will gain hands-on experience working on civil and environmental projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will contribute to projects from concept through construction, participate in CERCLA/brownfield work, and ensure compliance with regulations while building technical expertise for a long-term career with WSB.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering (or similar).
• EIT license required.
• 1+ years of experience in design and construction oversight.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

• Engineer in Training (EIT) license is required

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with permitting and environmental compliance
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites
• Our preferred candidate will also bring:
  • Experience working with municipalities or public agencies
  • Familiarity with NEPA, SWPPP, NPDES, or related frameworks
  • Project management training or certification
