This two-year entry-level opportunity develops early-career engineers for Ethicon franchises, with rotations across Endomechanical‑Energy, Wound Closure & Healing, and Biosurgery, and exposure to manufacturing operations and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering-related field between July 2026 and June 2027.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship at time of application or in future.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+.
• Geographic flexibility across multiple U.S. locations including Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within an assigned technical curriculum based on business needs, project criticality, and prior experience.
• Demonstrate leadership imperatives and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Learn and apply new technical and leadership skills.
• Support transition processes between assignments and provide feedback on program effectiveness.
