Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Graduate Designer to support the design of building systems, prepare technical documents, and provide day-to-day design support under supervision. The role emphasizes learning and growth, with exposure to Revit, Bluebeam Revu and Office tools.

You will work under experienced staff, gain foundational design experience, and contribute to projects across higher education, healthcare, commercial and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required in mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural disciplines.
• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is preferred.
• Relevant internship experience is preferred and helpful for the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design documents under supervision and review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Support client and project team interactions to understand requirements and scope.
• Maintain learning mindset and develop knowledge of industry standards and software.
