Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making for the Large Law segment. On-site in Dayton, OH, you will analyze market and customer data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with sales, pricing, and operations teams to drive growth.

Graduation by May 2027 is expected; an MBA is a plus. You will help shape pricing decisions, forecasts, and process improvements while partnering with Finance and other functions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to complete a bachelor’s degree by May 2027.
• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Show organizational skills and ability to manage large data sets.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and insights.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with selling/pricing rules and provide pricing guidance.
• Deliver training on business goals, sales strategies, and performance metrics.
• Support contract management and vendor compliance.
• Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate to optimize operational processes through automation.
• Contribute to strategic projects aligned with organizational objectives.
