Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated graduate assistant to support the basketball program for the 2026-2027 academic year.

You will assist the Head Coach and assistants with practice planning, on-court instruction, and game-day operations, while helping with recruiting efforts and video breakdown for scouting and player development. The role includes coordinating travel logistics, equipment, and facility scheduling, plus monitoring student-athlete academic progress in coordination with

Graduate student status preferred.
Assist with practice planning, on-court instruction, and game-day operations.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Coach and assistants with practice planning and on-court instruction.
Support recruiting efforts: prospect identification, correspondence, campus visit coordination, and database management.
Break down and edit game and practice video for scouting and player development.
Assist with team travel logistics, equipment coordination, and facility scheduling.
Monitor academic progress with athletics academic support staff.
Organize team events, community service, and alumni engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head Coach or Athletics Director.
