Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts for the men's volleyball program.
• Support player development and training sessions.
• Help plan practices and scout opponents.

• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and document progress.
• Support the head coach and manage administrative coordination for the program.

The Graduate Assistant for Men's Volleyball Coach position supports all facets of the men’s volleyball program, including recruiting, player development, practice planning, match preparation, academic monitoring, heading JV men's team, and administrative coordination. Designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree and seeking hands-on collegiate coaching experience, the role involves assisting with training sessions and competitions, supporting compliant recruitment efforts, mentoring student-athletes academically and personally, contributing to video analysis and scouting, and managing travel and equipment logistics. The position reports to the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach and offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes housing, a meal plan, a graduate tuition waiver, and a monthly stipend.
