What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide instructional tutoring to students in qualitative concepts via online platforms and Zoom
- Communicate professionally and positively with students through official email accounts
- Participate in Tutoring Program initiatives, including creating instructional resources and attending team meetings
- Dedicate approximately 40 hours per month to meet the needs of a global student body, including evenings and weekends
- Attend and complete training programs throughout your tenure in the position

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current student enrolled in a doctoral program at the employer
- Completed graduate-level qualitative research courses, including Qualitative Reasoning & Analysis and Advanced Qualitative Reasoning & Analysis
- Strong familiarity with NVivo software and Office 365 suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to adult learners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience utilizing NVivo on a regular basis
- Experience teaching or learning in online learning management systems
- Knowledge of additional analytical software
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and strategies
