Job summary

PeopleAdmin, Inc. seeks a Graduate Assistant to support the Lilly Endowment Pathways Grant at the St. Augustine Center.

The role is 10 hours per week, for the 2024-2025 academic year, and requires graduate student status. Initial duties include expanding the local figures database and building a contacts database across three fields. You will also identify program alumni, conduct interviews, and help organize on-campus gatherings, while assisting the project director with feedback and assessment

Qualifications

• Graduate student status required.
• Location: St. Augustine Center; on-campus role.
• Duration: Academic year 2024-2025; open until filled.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and broaden our database of local figures in each of the three fields.
• Develop a new database of ATS peer school contacts for each field, along with resources and programs.
• Identify alumni of our programs and conduct interviews about placements and ministerial experiences.
• Facilitate on-campus gatherings and meetings with each cohort and support the director in creating feedback and assessment follow-up.
