Responsibilities

  • Co-manage operations for Spartan Leadership Challenge.
  • Assist recruitment and training of workshop facilitators.
  • Serve as leadership coach for 1–2 silver students.
  • Manage OLCE social media.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience coordinating and facilitating activities or programs
Ability to take the initiative while working both autonomously and with a team
Interest in empowering college students as civically responsible leaders
Excellent organizational, task, priority, and time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Education

Full-time enrollment (minimum of 9 credits)
