Job summary

The University of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Graduate Assistant for the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership on the Dahlonega campus. This role is vital in fostering student engagement and leadership skills within the university community.

The Graduate Assistant will assist in various initiatives and programs designed to empower students. Responsibilities include planning service events, coordinating leadership programs, and developing promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
• Experience with event planning and student leadership programs/community service organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, promoting, and implementing volunteer and service events.
• Coordinate leadership development programs and activities for student leaders.
• Develop marketing materials to increase awareness of programs.
• Assist in developing initiatives targeted at community partners.
• Complete general office tasks and attend staff meetings.
