Job summary

The Graduate Assistant - Non-Teaching in the Center for Instructional Innovation & Technology Services at Prairie View A&M University will assist the department with maintaining computer labs and supporting faculty, staff and students on campus. The salary is commensurate with education and experience within the university’s salary range.

Successful candidates will be enrolled full-time graduate students, hold a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, and be in good academic standing

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University.
• Must be in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors and/or students as needed during their time in our computer labs and other labs as required.
• Manage Panther CIC facilities, i.e. audio studio, podcast studio, checkout room.
• Work with undergraduate student workers on day-to-day duties.
• Configure A-V set for auditorium and/or smart classrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
