Job summary

Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) is seeking a part-time student employee at Level B to assist in IPD/MPA/ITED program activities in Monterey, CA. The role pays $17.45 per hour and expects approximately 10–12 hours per week.

Schedule will be arranged with the Associate Dean. Responsibilities include coordinating student events, advertising activities via MICommunity, attending meetings, and preparing reports to support various projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with academic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing student events (socials, meet-and-greets, coffee chats).
• Advertise events via MICommunity and email.
• Attend faculty meetings and take notes.
• Develop reports to support projects.
• Provide support to Associate Dean on assigned tasks.
