Job Summary

The responsibilities for this position include the following:

50% - Assist with Career Services logistics of recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, employer panels, and on-campus employer recruitment.

20% - Assist with employer communication including addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about upcoming recruiting visits and events.

20% - Track employer workflows, ensuring accurate tracking of employer visits from scheduling visit through post-visit follow-up.

10% - Monitor and ensure compliance with event deadlines and timelines

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for an assistantship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Students admitted provisionally to a program are not eligible for an assistantship.
  • Earned a Bachelor¿s degree.
  • Have applied for and been accepted to a graduate degree program of study at UWG.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate program of study.
  • Have maintained a 3.0 GPA in previous and current graduate course work.
  • Meet the requirements to be eligible for employment in the US.
