Chadron State College is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support esports coaching and program administration on the Chadron campus. The role focuses on organizing practices, recruiting engagement, and coordinating competition schedules to promote team success and student development.
The GA will work closely with staff to manage operations, assist in travel planning, and contribute to a positive learning experience for student-athletes, while pursuing a CSC graduate program.

Graduate Assistants are hired at Chadron State College to assist in meeting the vision and goals established for CSC . Strategic deployment of graduate assistant positions is essential to ensure that limited resources are utilized in a manner consistent with the philosophy of CSC . Graduate assistants provide experiential learning in select areas and to assist the individual in a successful transition to future educational and professional opportunities.
