Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Passion for helping students grow and succeed in the classroom, in competition, and in life.
• Ability to exercise basic human relations skills in directing and motivating students and student leaders, and dealing with varied constituencies on and off campus.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaching: complete coaching duties as assigned by respective head coach.
• Recruiting: help with recruitment perspective student athletes within all pertinent institutional, KS Collegiate Athletic Conference, NAIA rules and regulations.
• Program organization: help with day-to-day management of program.
• Game Operations: assist in game event operations during off season.
• Academic Success: support student-athletes to persist and graduate.
