• Recruit, train and coach members of the athletic program.
• Recruit, retain, and graduate student-athletes for program success.
• Fund and friend-raising for program advancement.
• Oversee student-athletes' academic progress toward degree completion.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
• Adhere to NAIA rules and Champions of Character values.
• Provide Christ-centered leadership for the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
