You will coordinate calendars, curricula, and student services, while liaising with leadership, faculty, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes project management, communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic graduate-education environment.

Qualificações

• Post-baccalaureate credentials or bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional training and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, student information systems, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day administration of IAA academic programs.
• Coordinate calendars, course schedules, and curriculum-related activities.
• Serve as liaison among IAA leadership, faculty, students, and partners.
• Support accreditation and institutional reporting and program assessment.
• Plan and coordinate orientation, graduations, and other student events.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and provide timely follow-up.
